KVKK Clarification Text

Akıllı Otopark Sistemleri olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin aşağıda açıklanan amaçlar kapsamında işleneceğini belirtmek isteriz.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, conducting communication activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations. Otherwise, no sharing with third parties is made.

3. Rights of the Data Subject

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca herkes; veri sorumlusuna başvurarak kendisiyle ilgili; kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme haklarına sahiptir.
